I can’t say enough about Chris and the team. My two year old stopped I just asking about a new van said we went sure if we would have time because most dealer ships are an all day thing. We might have been in there for a hour at the most and Chris was very transparent not pushing anything just asked what I wanted I can’t thank him enough.

The salesmen & financial mgr. are all helpful, professional and personable to work with. I came in after seeing a 2025 Equinox online that interested me. It was a nice vehicle with low mileage. (The Chevy Trax 2026 was also a contender.) After taking the 2025 Equinox home over night, we opted to purchase the 2026 Equinox LT with the midnight package. Love it & love the color (Lakeshore Blue). Paperwork & the vehicle were all ready to roll early that afternoon. I would highly recommend them.

Originally I Had some problems with the truck that I bought from this dealership directly after buying. the dealer is now working with me to correct the problem. I do feel that this dealership should have Been more willing to work with me But at the end of the day They did agree to cover the cost of the repairs and I do appreciate that
I have been looking for a Silverado 2500 for the past year, just waiting for the right deal. I found it while it was still in transit to the dealership on a Thursday morning. I got a call back from Chris by 0930. We went over a few details and i was planning to come to the dealership Friday afternoon. I spent about 90 minutes at the dealership and left with my new truck.

I was recently faced with an emergency situation. I was stranded on the side of the road and had to have my vehicle towed. Once it arrived at the repair shop, I was advised that I had a blown engine and the cost of the repair would be over 10,000. I was not prepared for the devastating news. Having recently completed home renovations, we depleted our emergency fund.

Great experience working with Chris Ganshorn on the purchase of a 2016 Honda CR-V. Test drove the car one day, drove it off the lot the next. The whole process couldn't have gone any better and Chris followed up by phone a couple of days later to make sure we were happy with the car and to see if we had any questions. Met four other employees at the dealership, including one of the managers, and they couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

It was time to upgrade to a newer car and Craig Smith Chevrolet had a great option and a reasonable price. Went to take a look and a test drive. Decided this 2023 low miles Acadia fit the bill. Chris and Tyler were easy to work with offering review of features as easy paperwork in a timely manner. Told Chris I'd see him again in around seven years for an upgrade.
